A Better All-In-One Light
We are always developing new technologies to help us stay ahead of the most current solar lighting designs.
For the LED lights, we needed a system that could work with our new smart technology while still providing excellent light.
We are proud to use the Phillips LEDs in our configurable light bars. These light bars provide 160-170 lumens per watt.
By combining multiple lightbars we are able to provide a flood of light that meets our customer’s needs. This also lets us customize the setup to meet our client’s budget and needs. The Stealth lighting system comes in 3 different lighting levels:
- 6,400 lumens
- 12,800 lumens
- 19,200 lumens
Each street lamp contains multiple lightbars. Each lightbar is adjustable. You simply loosen the bolts on each end and use the handy angle markers to aim the light.
This light also uses our improved ventilation. Our goal is to reduce the risk of overheating while also minimizing dust build-up.
One of the greatest advantages of this new light design is that it is easy to install.
It is possible to have existing maintenance crews to install the light. No trenching or auxiliary power is needed. Additionally, since all of the electrical wiring is contained inside the lamp head, there is no need for electricians to wire these lights.
These lights can either be placed on your existing lamp poles, or we manufacture and provide lamp poles. Our light poles are dip and galvanized. This provides greater protection for a long-lasting light pole.
These lights are commonly used for cities, highways, ports, and large military complexes where remote security options are needed.
One of the features of our Stealth series is the double built-in motion detectors. Offering detection up to 15 meters on each side of the light. This is a great way to conserve power consumption while still offering light when it’s needed.
There are several different ways you can program the motion sensors, depending on your needs. There is the Default Mode – this automatically operates at 50% brightness dusk to dawn. Sensor Mode when motion is detected, the light increases to 100% until no motion is detected, then returns to 30% brightness.
This innovative design feature allows our solar street lights to be used in the low light conditions of northern climates and helps them to perform at optimal levels during cloudy weeks.
Our All-In-One Light offers the latest in built-in solar panel technology.
Our monocrystalline solar panel provides up to 50% more power production. This allows our solar panels to take full advantage of the available sunlight.
The other advantage of the monocrystalline panel design is how durable it is. This panel is designed to withstand wind and dust. This resilience makes our panels more reliable over their years of life.
Finally, we have designed our panels with a reduced voltage-temperature coefficient. This allows it to work more efficiently during sweltering heat waves.
Since the panel is integrated into the light unit, it is less susceptible to high winds and requires no wiring during installation.
A Patented Solar Charge Controller
The final piece is our patented solar charge controller. This built-in controller controls the flow of electricity from the solar panel to the battery. The charge controller determines how well energy is stored while also protecting the battery.
Our charge controller uses the patented MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) charging technology. This design allows us to increase charging efficiency by up to 30%.
When combined with our highly efficient solar panels, it creates a fully-integrated solar lighting system that is extremely efficient.
This allows us to better manage, store and conserve the sunlight in your area, even as seasons change or bad weather moves into the area.
